    1. Have you ever attended one of the free support groups at TLC? (For example: the monthly Caregiver Support Group, the monthly Parkinson’s Support group, or a Caregiver’s Academy lunch and learn?)
    2. What are some of the things you do to relieve stress when feeling overwhelmed? (For example: walks outside in the evening, keeping a relaxation goal once a week like reading 2-3 chapters from a book, deep breathing and mindfulness like prayer or meditation, gathering with friends once a month, attend support groups)
    3. There is a list of websites on our Caregivers of DC website under “Community Resources”. Some of these links provide help concerning caregiver stress. Have you found any of these websites helpful or informative? Are there any other websites that you’ve found helpful when dealing with caregiver stress?
    4. Do you have a mantra or saying that you find provides comfort, strength, or reassurance? (For example: “This too shall pass,” “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step,” and “Let your hopes, not your hurts, shape your future.”)
